Universitetshuset is Lund University’s main building, designed by Helgo Zettervall. The building was opened in 1882 and houses the grand University assembly hall, where professorial inaugurations and other ceremonies take place. Universitetshuset also houses the offices of the Vice-Chancellor and some of the University administration.

Det blev Peab Sverige AB som fick uppdraget av Lunds kommun att utveckla Campus Vipan, ett nytt samlat utbildningscentrum för gymnasium och Komvux. Budgeten för hela projektet är 415 miljoner kronor. Projektet kommer att utveckla Vipans gymnasieskola genom om- och tillbyggnader, som ersätter dagens tillfälliga paviljonger.
